Finance Manager

Grafton Banks Finance are working exclusively with a growing SME business in Eastbourne to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis.Reporting into the MD of the business You will take sole responsibility of the companies growing finances. 

Duties and Responsibilities will include: 

• Managing 2-3 people 
• Purchase, sales and nominal ledgers
• Monthly management accounts preparation
• Cashflow analysis
• Debt control
• Bank reconciliations
• Monthly and weekly payroll/pensions
• Year-end preparation for accountants
• Ad hoc project work including system integration

Suitable candidates will be actively studying/ qualified or qualified by experience. You must possess strong IT skills and strong communication skills to communicate across the business and help develop the finance function. The role is full time or part time over 5 days a week.
