Senior Finance Business Partner - Education Sector

Location – West Sussex

£ 62,000 - 75,000 plus generous benefits and 2 days WFH

Grafton Banks Finance is partnering with an established business in West Sussex in the recruitment of a Senior Finance Business Partner for a PE backed education business.

Lead the provision of strategic finance business partnering support to identify and develop projects and new initiatives. Support the development of a portfolio of income generating initiatives. Work with senior leaders to generate new business opportunities and improve performance of existing activity and projects.

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience working in Education sector
• Change management experience in a complex organisation
• Experience with a Planning Tool.
• Experienced at managing or leading a high performing team comprised of experienced qualified accounting professionals.

You will need to live in West or East Sussex to be considered for this role.
