Grafton Banks Finance is working with an international group, based in East Sussex, to recruit a new Finance Business Partner role.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a private equity owned business that is highly acquisitive and has consistently delivered double digit growth.
This role will partner the operations teams to provide commercial support on all decision making. We are looking for a qualified accountant with finance business partnering experience.
Expert analytical and financial modelling skills are essential, as are stakeholder management and influencing skills.
This is a highly analytical and commercially focused finance role, focused on:
- Operational business partner and main point of contact to the Operational leadership team. Financial focus is on COS, Operational overheads, Capex decision making.
- Decision support on all Operational commercial decision making, modelling data as required to drive commercial efficiency.
- Month end commentaries and forecasting for the operational areas, includes KPI dashboard which should be improved over time.
- Ownership and critic of standard cost, BOMs (Bill of Material) and freight costs and Tariffs are well controlled.
- Work with the Head of Commercial finance to improve board pack reporting on Operational performance.
- Support FP&A in driving systemisation of operational processes.
- Supporting the annual budget production and regular reforecasting process.
This role is hybrid working with three days in the offices per week. Salary for this role is up to £75,000 + benefits including 10% bonus.
