Multiple vacancies with a growing company in Kent
Grafton Banks Finance was asked by the CFO and Group FC of Active Care Group in Sevenoaks to recruit for seven varying positions on a permanent and interim basis. The permanent roles included a qualified level Finance Business Partner, a newly qualified level Management Accountant and Transactions Manager, as well as two Accounts Assistants. A Head of Finance and a Head of FP&A were also recruited on an interim basis. Active Care Group are a £60m turnover private equity backed complex care business who are growing rapidly through acquisitions and needed to expand their finance department to support the continued expansion. Grafton Banks managed the entire process by meeting with the CFO and FC on site and taking down the full details of the various vacancies.
Grafton Banks used a combination of networking, headhunting and advertising, as well as sourcing people from their own database to find the very best and most suitable candidates in the Sevenoaks area. All seven positions were successfully filled by Grafton Banks and the client was extremely satisfied with the outcome.
