Multiple Transactional Level Finance Recruitment
Grafton Banks Finance is a preferred supplier for a leading nationwide property lettings company with head offices based in Sussex. Due to substantial growth in recent years they needed to expand their finance team and build a central Shared Service finance function. The company approached Grafton Banks Finance to support them and recruit several transactional level finance vacancies.
The Brief
Grafton Banks originally met with the HR Director of the company along with one of the Finance Managers to understand the culture and growth plans for the Sussex offices. Grafton Banks were initially asked to recruit a permanent Credit Controller and a Purchase Ledger Clerk which were both successfully filled.
The client was so happy with the service that soon after the recent government lockdown was announced, Grafton Banks were asked to recruit another eight new positions within the transactional finance function and successfully placed all eight.
The Result
Grafton Banks Finance successfully placed all ten positions within the finance function. During the lockdown period the Grafton Banks Consultants were able to adapt to remote working, sourcing candidates, conducting video interviews and operating successfully as a team to place all the positions for the company.
