Recent changes at Grafton Banks Finance
28th November 2018
2018 has been another successful year so far for the team at Grafton Banks Finance, and we are pleased to announce several exciting new changes for the company.
Owner and Director, Julia Jeyes, returns to recruitment
The last few months have seen our owner and director, Julia, return to the forefront of recruitment as she is now managing our Public Practice division. Having worked in legal and financial recruitment for most of her career, Julia’s specialism in placing Qualified, part Qualified and QBE accountants into practices across Surrey and Sussex make for an exciting addition to the Grafton Banks team and we look forward to her contributions to the surrounding financial job market.
Successful executive search service launched
Following a successful trial, we’re thrilled to bring a new, bespoke recruitment solution to our clients with the launch of our Executive Search offering. Headed by Managing Director, Alex Gregory, this new division provides the very best in retained recruitment and involves a recruitment process designed specifically for you.
Our team will meet you to take down a detailed brief and then combine a variety of networking and headhunting to map out the candidate market and provide quality prospects for your business needs, helping to provide a smoother, more efficient recruitment process. But don’t just take our word for it, read some of our recent testimonials:
"Alex and the team at Grafton Banks really did an excellent job in finding me my new role as UK Finance Director at Volution Group and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a finance recruitment solution in the Sussex/Surrey area."
"I have always held in high regard the way Alex and his team at Grafton Banks conducts business, as since I've known him he has always practised the values of tenacity, honesty, creativity and professionalism. Alex's business style is a perfect blend of technology and social media, combined with old-school networking and understanding his clients and candidates requirements.”

Joining the permanent division is Jess Trundle, focusing on recruiting part-qualified professionals across the Sussex area. Finally, Scarlett Newton has joined the Brighton office as our team administrator.
