Naomi Donohue Joins Grafton Banks Finance to Lead Hampshire Office
16th February 2016
Grafton Banks Finance appoints manager Naomi Donohue to its new Hampshire team to drive continuous business success and expansion.
Following a successful ten-year career in recruitment, including a six-year accountancy recruitment position at Hays, Naomi Donohue will transfer her skills in the industry to focus on the Hampshire market for Grafton Banks Finance. Naomi plans to work closely with the business' Hove branch to align her work with the Grafton Banks Finance ethos before progressing to match candidates - the majority working at a senior level - to respected permanent qualified positions in the financial industry.
Naomi is excited by her next career move: "Grafton Banks are extremely service led and relationship driven. They have a calm and considered approach to recruitment, and they are more led by service than by sales figures, which means that I can concentrate on finding the right candidate for the right job rather than hitting corporate sales targets."
Outside of work Naomi likes spending time with her two young children.
Since its launch in 2008, Grafton Banks Finance has achieved a high rate of success in the financial recruitment industry, placing finance professionals at all levels within commerce, industry and accounting practices throughout Sussex and Surrey. The company has grown from a two-man venture into a leading organisation in its field, with 13 consultants overseeing its development in the South East. Following several years of expansion, Grafton Banks Finance is now on the preferred supplier list of many of the largest employers in the region, while continuing to connect accountants to a variety of SMEs.
Director Julia Jeyes commented: "We were aware of Naomi's fantastic reputation in the Hampshire recruitment markets, and are delighted that she is joining us to lead Grafton Banks Finance's New Hampshire office. Naomi is highly thought of by clients and candidates in the Hampshire area and we look forward to supporting her in what we are certain will be a hugely successful new venture."
