Qualified ACA/ACCA Client Manager

Grafton Banks Finance is recruiting for a Qualified ACA/ACCA Client Manager to join a growing, independently owned firm based in East Sussex. The firm is seeing good levels of growth and are now in a position to recruit an experienced senior leader, who can help the firm to develop on it's already strong advisory side of the business with managing a varied portfolio of clients. You will gain a genuine client ownership, exposure to a broad range of work, and a realistic pathway to partnership, this opportunity is not to be missed.

You'll take ownership of an established portfolio of clients while supporting the wider team and helping drive the next phase of growth.

• Accounts Preparation: Preparing and reviewing accounts through to finalisation
• Tax Compliance: Personal and corporate tax work across a varied client base
• Client Management: Acting as a trusted adviser and primary point of contact
• Team Development: Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
• Advisory Exposure: Broad exposure across different areas of practice including trusts and estates work

What We're Looking For

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Strong all-round accountancy practice background
• Experience preparing accounts through to finalisation
• Comfortable managing client relationships independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Desire to progress and take on increasing responsibility
• Trusts and estates experience beneficial but not essential
