Grafton Banks Finance is working with a leading manufacturing business, based in East Sussex, to recruit their new Financial Controller.

We are looking for a commercially minded and ambitious Senior Finance professional from the manufacturing industry. This role will initially work closely with the Finance Director with a pathway to become the number one in finance.

The role requires someone with strong financial control background who is skilled in manufacturing accounting such as standard costing and absorption accounting and will also act as a key business partner to senior leadership, driving financial insight, operational performance, strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across a complex manufacturing environment.

Alongside supporting strategy and projects this role will lead on the monthly management accounting and budgeting and forecasting for the business, will deliver the group consolidation, and will produce and present insightful board reporting, and will be heavily involved in the year end and audit process.

This role is full time office based in the heart of East Sussex. Salary range is up to £90,000 + benefits including PHI and enhanced pension contributions.
