Temporary Payroller (Part-time)

Grafton Banks Finance are partnering with a dynamic organization to recruit a part-time Payroller on a short-term temporary basis. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing within an initial month period. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage end-to-end payroll for staff 
• Handle deductions, HMRC reports, and employee queries 
• Reconcile transactions and maintain records 
• Liaise with pension providers and support process improvements

Ideal Candidate: 

• Available immediately to commit to a short-term assignment 
• Can commute to the Horsham area 
• Experience with UK payroll and various payroll systems 
• Strong Excel and payroll software skills 
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
