Senior Finance Business Partner

Location – Crawley 4 days per week

£ 65-70,000 plus extensive benefits, very generous holiday entitlement, income protection, healthcare plan

Grafton Banks Finance is partnering with a growing manufacturing business in Crawley in the recruitment of a Senior Finance Business Partner.

You'll be working with the senior executives to help generate and develop commercial initiatives – using Power BI, financial modelling and strategic acumen. You’ll be providing insights on pricing strategies, customer profitability, evaluating commercial bids, sales forecasting, and supporting growth strategies.

This is an opportunity to work with a smart leadership team to help support business growth and success.

The firm is looking for someone with the following skills and experience:           

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience in a Finance Business Partnering role, with sector from a manufacturing or engineering business
• Very computer literate, data savvy, with Power BI
• Financial Modelling - experience developing and using financial models.

You’ll live near Crawley to be considered for this role, as it’s based on-site 4 days per week.
