Bookkeeper

Grafton Banks Finance are pleased to support a Worthing-based client in recruiting a temporary Bookkeeper for an immediate start. This short-term role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a busy finance team during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and reconciling supplier invoices and payments
• Issuing and managing customer invoices and receivables
• Monitoring overdue accounts and following up on unpaid balances
• Ensuring incoming payments are allocated correctly
• Responding to finance-related queries from suppliers and customers

Ideal Candidate:

• Available to start immediately
• Able to commute to the office daily (no hybrid working)
• Possessing 1-2+ years of experience in a Bookkeeping, Accounts, or Finance Assistant role
