Accounts Payable Senior (Temporary)

Grafton Banks Finance are partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing business seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Senior to support their finance team on an initial 3-month basis. Based in Crawley, this role offers hybrid working with 1-2 days per week WFH.

The successful candidate will focus on a range of payables duties, including managing supplier relationships and maintaining accurate purchase ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase ledger invoices for multiple group companies
• Prepare and review monthly supplier payment runs
• Maintain accurate and transparent purchase ledgers; review supplier statement reconciliations
• Assist with month-end accounts and reconciliations
• Record and reconcile daily bank payments across two banking platforms

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in accounts payable within a small or medium-sized business
• Knowledge of Sage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
