Interim FP&A Analyst

* FP&A Analyst/Manager

* Interim Assignment – 4-6 months

* Inside IR35 - £450-550 per day

* Location – Hastings – 1-2 days per week

* Start Date – within 2-3 weeks of 27^th January 2026.

Grafton Banks Finance is looking for a seasoned FP&A Analyst/Manager to join an established, profitable, and growing business in Hastings. Working closely with the CFO and Financial Controller you will be responsible for managing and developing the budgeting and planning process, as well as the forecasting model.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Support the business to deliver long term strategic objectives through data gathering and analysis.
• Develop models for budgeting & forecasting and improving the planning process.
• Prepare the annual budget and 5 years plan, and complete re-forecasts throughout the year.
• Prepare and present insights to the board.
• Support with M&A and business expansion including pre-acquisition modelling and the financial due diligence process
• Monitoring cash flow risks & opportunities, and complete analysis of business performance.

The successful candidate will be:

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• With experience in FP&A from a multi-site business (essential)

• You will have evidence of creating and managing 5-year plans.
• You will have advanced IT and financial modelling skills.
• You must live in Sussex or Kent to be considered for this role.
