£60-65,000 plus 10-12% bonus

Grafton Banks Finance are partnering with an ambitious and growing international business with an exceptional opportunity for a Qualified Accountant. This role, which is highly visible and offers significant variety, sits within a passionate and supportive team, and works on initiatives with the experienced Group Financial Controller.

Having grown significantly in the last two years, this is an exciting time to be joining the firm and would suit a knowledgeable management accountant.

Responsibilities include:

• Monthly management accounts for several of the group entities
• Variance analysis on management accounts
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Leading the audit process for several entities of the business (UK and overseas)
• Providing commentary on the monthly management accounts, including movements in headcount, overheads, debtors
• Acting as business partner for each business unit and working with leaders in those areas
• Pulling together finance data for 3^rd party accountants to prepare the statutory accounts

To be considered for this role you will have

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience of preparing monthly management accounts in industry, or making your first move into industry from an Accountancy Practice.
• You’ll need a solid permanent career to date, and ideally hold a University Degree.

In return from your experience, you’ll be rewarded with a salary of £60-65,000 plus up to 12% bonus and good employee benefits. You’ll be working with an exceptional Financial Controller who’ll be a strong mentor and coach.
