Credit Controller FTC

Grafton Banks Finance is pleased to be supporting a commercial business in the Eastbourne area in their search for a Credit Controller on an initial three-month fixed-term contract. This role will provide crucial support during a busy period of transition, covering a range of credit control responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing payments, credit notes, refunds, and other sales ledger/accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Managing a portfolio of client accounts, resolving queries, and addressing any account-related issues.
• Setting up client accounts and payment arrangements.
• Liaising with third parties to escalate aged debt when necessary.
• Chasing outstanding payments and arranging payment plans with clients.
• Providing ad hoc support across finance projects and teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Immediately available and ready to start in March.
• Has previous experience in credit control, sales ledger, or accounts receivable.
• Able to commute daily to the office in Eastbourne.
