Finance Manager - Haywards Heath

Grafton Banks Finance is currently looking for a Commercial Finance Manager for a successful SME (c.£50m turnover) based in Haywards Heath. Reporting to and working closely with the Financial Controller, the ideal candidate will either be a newly qualified ACA in practice or bring some post qualified experience with strong financial and management accounts experience.
This role partners with the Financial Controller to drive forwards successful growth strategy and requires management of a small team of finance staff controlling the financial reporting and performance of the business and beyond that to provide useful analysis and commercial insight, as well as supporting the forecasting and budgeting process. The role will oversee the work of an Assistant Financial Accountant and a Finance Business Partner and requires the individual to build strong internal relationships and be proactive in supplying robust and concise financial information and commercial acumen.
This role will suit an ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant working in industry or a newly qualified ACA making their first move out of practice. Strong technical skills are imperative, previous staff management/supervision is useful, coupled with excellent communication and IT skills.
