Accountancy recruitment firm, Grafton Banks Finance, has made two new hires, expanding its specialist team in Sussex.
Neil Watson and Michael King join the team with nearly six years' experience between them. Michael will join the Interim Finance team while Neil will be supporting the Part Qualified team.
Michael joins the team from a specialist financial services recruitment consultancy. He joins the Interim Finance team at Grafton Banks where he will be placing qualified accountants at all levels of experience into businesses across Surrey and Sussex.
Neil joins the permanent recruitment team to work on finance roles at a part qualified level, again working with businesses across Sussex. Prior to joining Grafton Banks Neil worked in recruitment for a Brighton based firm. He is delighted to be moving into the professional recruitment market. Of his move to Grafton Banks Finance, Neil says: "The expertise of the team is second to none and as an owner managed business, its values as a firm were a real draw.
"Part-qualified finance is a buoyant market and I'm looking forward to using my experience to deliver successful recruitment solutions to our clients and candidates."
Michael King, Interim Finance Specialist, added: "Having worked in recruitment for nearly five years now it's great to have moved to a company that is service rather than KPI driven. I'm really looking forward to getting stuck in, building relationships with clients and candidates across Sussex."
Alex Gregory, Managing Director at Grafton Banks Finance, said: "Neil and Michael both bring specialist expertise to the business. Coupled with their enthusiasm and relationship building skills, they will play an integral role in the growth of the business over the next 12 months."
With offices in Hove and Reigate, Grafton Banks Finance specialises in the provision of accountancy and finance staff to a wide variety of businesses and practices in Sussex and Surrey. They deal with part qualified and qualified accountants up to finance director and partner level.
