New consultant to continue to develop Surrey market

Hove-based Grafton Banks Finance, which recruits finance professionals into local businesses in Sussex and Surrey, has appointed a new consultant to develop the Surrey market. Marie Lynch, who joins from Hays, will continue to expand the arm of the business placing qualified accountants into businesses across Surrey.

Since its launch in 2008, Grafton Banks Finance has achieved significant success placing finance professionals into commerce and industry in Sussex and Surrey. It is now on the preferred suppliers lists of many large employers. Surrey has been identified as a business location into which Grafton Banks can develop further.

Alex Gregory, director of Grafton Banks Finance, explains: "We have been servicing the Surrey market for a while now and have become increasingly busy and so it made sense for us to recruit a dedicated consultant to focus on this area. However, it required someone with the knowledge and credibility to manage and grow this division with the same professionalism as the Sussex business. We have found that person in Marie and look forward to working alongside her in this developing venture."

Marie Lynch is a senior recruitment professional with nearly 6 years' recruitment experience, most of which has been spent recruiting finance professionals into commerce and industry.
