Accounts assistant/ Office Support

Grafton Banks Finance are recruiting on behalf of our client, with offices near Tadworth, Surrey.

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant/Office support assistant on a full-time, permanent basis (however part-time candidates will be considered).

The position is paying up to £20,500 for 40 hours per week.

This a relatively junior position, ideal for someone that is willing to learn and develop their finance career.

Duties include:

  • Data entry
  • Maintaining the purchase and sales ledger (Checking and matching invoices)
  • Filing financial documents
  • Supporting payroll processes
  • Answering the telephone, query resolution, greeting visitors
  • Providing general support to the finance function
  • Other ad-hoc duties

An ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in financial data entry
  • Be studying AAT
  • Have good numeracy skills
  • Be proficient in Excel
  • Capable of multitasking
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Be a confident communicator
